Oriental Cactus Tostada

Chop the bell pepper into cubes. Cut the carrot into slices. Finely chop the cambray onion. Place all ingredients into a pan over medium heat. Add a tablespoon of olive oil and stir for 3 minutes. Add the soybean sprouts. Squeeze lime and add soy sauce. Season with salt and pepper o taste. Serve on a tostada.

ingredients
Chop the tomatoes, white onion and mango into small cubes. Chop the cilantro very finely. Add Coliman Diced Cactus to the mix. Add lime juice and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve cold with crackers or tostadas.
