TAINUNG PAPAYA, AVOCADO AND SPINACH SALAD
Ingredients
½ papaya tainung diced
1 ripe avocado diced
Fresh spinach leaves
250 gr of feta cheese in squares
6 peeled walnuts
2 tablespoons of striped almonds
Steps
In a bowl place the spinach leaves extended, on top of these add all the other mixed ingredients, add the dressing of your preference.

Watermelon Pizza
Ingredients
Cream cheese.
Honey.
Shredded coconut.
Strawberries
Blueberries
Mint.
Steps
1. Cut the watermelon.
2. Mix cream cheese and honey, spread over a piece of the watermelon.
3. Sprinkle shredded coconut.
4. Add 'toppings' strawberries, blueberries and a touch of mint.
5. Cut watermelon into triangular pieces and enjoy!

BEEF BROTH
Ingredients
1. 400 grams of cooked beef
2. 1 Package of "Caldito Mix" Fresh Cut
3. 1/2 onion
4. Salt to taste
5. Consommé to taste
Steps
1. Boil meat with half of onion and a little broth.
2. When the meat is tender add vegetables "Caldito Mix" Fresh Cut, leaving about 20 minutes and ready.
Papaya Tainung with banana, granola, Greek yogurt and blackberries
½ papaya tainung with shell and without seeds
1 sliced ripe banana
4 to 6 blackberries
2 tablespoons of granola
Greek yogurth to taste
Chia seeds to taste
6 Almonds
1 tablespoon dried cranberries
